This 16 page resource looks at different forms of communication and their application in the workforce. It is an interactive lesson that looks at passive, aggressive, assertive and indirect behaviours. There is opportunity for pair work and group work activities and discussion that explores the best way to handle situations. Two workbooks are provided.
